The media industry has undergone profound changes in recent years. The key question for me is: How do we shape this transformation, and which industries can benefit from each other? Although I don’t have all the answers yet, I embrace the challenges of transformation and am actively working to shape this process. With solution-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, and a quick grasp of new concepts, I possess the necessary abilities to drive change. I view collaboration as the key to successful strategic planning and execution, both within and outside an organization.
My Role as Manager of Transformation and Innovation
Creative Thinking, Effective Implementation
For me, having a holistic view is key to discovering new perspectives and finding unconventional ways of project implementation. I find working conceptually within a group, all pursuing the same goal and combining diverse perspectives into a constructive approach, particularly exciting. I have experience in securing third-party funding at the regional, national, and EU levels, and I understand how crucial effective stakeholder management is to successfully realizing projects.
My strength lies in developing innovative solutions and ensuring the necessary resources, as well as during the conceptual phase of the research project “news-polygraph” and the product development of “Jay.” I place a strong emphasis on teamwork, as successful teams are defined not only by expertise but also by strong leadership and continuous personal exchange.
“Innovation is driven by the exchange of ideas and the sharing of knowledge.”
